What are the different rental cars available at Dollar Morocco?
Your Dollar Car Rental agency in Morocco offers a wide range of vehicles to suit all your needs. In addition to city cars and compacts, as well as comfort and luxury vehicles, you’ll also find SUVs 4x2 and 4x4 for your off-the-beaten-path adventures, automatic transmission vehicles for a more comfortable driving experience, and minivans and minibuses that are ideal for group or family trips.
Is it possible to reserve and drive a rental vehicle with Dollar Morocco even if I do not have a Moroccan driver's license?
Customers can reserve and drive a rental vehicle with a European or international driver's license.
Can I reserve a rental car today and pick it up on the same day?
You cannot pick up the reserved vehicle if the date of the reservation and the date of pickup are less than 24 hours apart.
Can young drivers under the age of 21 rent a car?
Your Dollar Morocco car rental agency allows you to drive a rental vehicle if:
- You are 21 years old + 1 year of valid license for categories MDMR, ECMR, ECMD, EXMR, ECAR, CDMR, CDMD, CDAR, CMMD;
- And you must be at least 23 years old + 2 years for other categories.
Dollar Morocco offers you the opportunity to drive a rental vehicle if you are under 21 by subscribing to the “Driver under 21” option for 360 MAD.
If I have a European or international driver's license, can I drive the vehicle I have reserved outside of Morocco?
According to the general rental terms and conditions, it is strictly forbidden to drive the rental car outside of Morocco.
Can I change the departure and/or return agency?
If you have already booked your rental car and wish to change the pick-up and/or drop-off location, you must request this at least 48 hours in advance by contacting the reservation center via the contact form.
Additional charges may apply if the car is returned to a different location than the one where it was picked up (250 MAD within the city and 900 MAD between cities).
How can I change the car I reserved? (Upgrade)
It is possible to upgrade the category of the rental car reserved either by modifying the reservation 24 hours in advance by contacting the reservation center via the contact form, or by requesting the upgrade upon arrival at your car rental agency.
This request, which can only be granted if the requested vehicles are available, is subject to additional charges depending on the desired category.
